Job Responsibilities:
·        Assist the Specification Manager in liaising with clients and consultants.
·        Support the Specification Manager with various registration, testing, and certification activities.
·        Prepare pre-qualification and other necessary documents.
·        Design and create various marketing materials, including technical brochures.
·        Manage and update social media channels, including LinkedIn, as directed by the Manager.
·        Maintain and update the consultant/project database.

Qualifications and Skills:
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·        Familiarity with photo editing software.
·        Knowledge of ChatGPT and its applications.
·        Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing or current enrollment in an accredited college or university in a related field.
