Aldes Middle East has an extensive variety and a large portfolio of UL certified products. Our UL range is Dubai Civil Defense approved and will able to support your projects with sizes up to:

Middle East and Africa Marriott Engineering Conference
Marriott International invited Engineering Leaders from 160+ hotels pertaining to all of its brands in the Middle East & Africa region to participate in the event. The purpose is to educate them on Marriott standards and push towards energy saving solutions.
Conference took place at Marriot Zamalek in Cairo, Egypt from the 23rd April to the 25th April 2018.
Aldes Middle East, as one of the key suppliers, participated in the event and introduced our key products for Guest Room Ventilation, Constant Airflow Regulator and Zone Register Terminal.
Lots of interest was exhibited from engineers for automatic air balancing dampers, as well as other Aldes Middle East products dedicated for the hospitality industry:

The King Abdullah Project, KSA
The King Abdullah Project consists from different phases and Aldes participate in KAP2, KAP4, KAP5.
The King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz’s Project is the development of security facilities in Saudi Arabia in order to upgrade military standards across the country.
KAP2 project consists of 44 sites across 5 different phases. The project includes the following facilities; Educational, Staff Housing, Dining, Recreational, Forensic Laboratories, Auditorium, Clinics, Shooting Ranges, Skeleton Village, Burn House, Emergency Vehicle Training, Shops, Sports Fields and Grandstands.
KAP4 project include 24 projects – 10 Directorates, 6 Dormitories, 7 Sport Training Centre and 1 Infrastructure Project.
KAP5 project include 370 sites comprising residential buildings, administrative offices, traffic divisions, police stations, drug control units, civil defense centers etc. to be built all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Thanks to our KSA team, Aldes approved on the projects for Volume Control Dampers, Fire Dampers Smoke Dampers, Sound Attenuators, Louvers, Air Outlets, Variable Volume Boxes.
As one of the biggest reference for Aldes, project required continuous product delivery since 2015 and will be completed next year.

Education – GCC Experience – Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in our field of business – Engineering background or a strong aptitude to sell technical product related to construction, more precisely H.V.A.C.
Abilities, knowledge and skills – Good knowledge of construction industry: the network and decision making process – Able to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills. – Able to understand the long term aspect of the position. – Able to find the right solution to satisfy customers – Strong interpersonal and communication skills

CAR automatically control ventilation level without any electricity involved. Right ventilation level is not only increase Indoor Air Quality and Customer satisfaction, but save energy as well without any energy waste for over ventilated rooms.
As CAR is preset on the factory, full ventilation system become self-balanced that save time during commissioning stage.

Aldes Middle East becomes ISO certified company from October 2017!
ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Aldes ME use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that Aldes ME can used to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 helps Aldes ME achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organization itself and interested parties.
OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help Aldes ME put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance. It is a widely recognized and popular occupational health and safety management system.

Dubai World Trade Center District
Dubai World Trade Centre District lies at the heart of the new business district in the city, arguably the most important area of real estate in the Gulf. The project will provide a unique human-scaled urban environment with over 1 million m² (10 million ft²) of developable area. The office buildings will be designed according to the best environmental standards to achieve LEED Platinum status.
As per project design, car parking ventilation system works for ventilation in normal mode and smoke extraction in emergency mode. Aldes Sound Attenuator compling with project requirement and suitable for steel smoke extract ductwork systems, which extract smoke and hot gases up to 400°C for a duration up to 120 minutes.
